1- ImageBoard : When it comes to customizability iOS is certainly not the best mobile operating system out there, however with the power of Cydia behind it users can change almost every aspect of their iOS device. The new ImageBoard tweak takes personalization to the next level by enabling iOS users to add a custom background to the stock iOS keyboard. This not only gives iOS a completely different look but also makes the experience of typing on an iPhone or iPad much more fun.
You can download ImageBoard on your iOS 8 powered iPhone, iPad or iPod touch from the BigBoss repo. It is available for free.
2- Define Activator : iOS comes with a handy built-in dictionary that allows users to quickly get the meaning or definition of a word by selecting it and hitting the ‘Define’ button from the popup menu. While this dictionary is great for when you are reading anything, it is not good enough when you want to check the meaning for any random word. Of course you can always open the Notes app and type in the word to see its definition but that is not the quickest or most efficient way to do it. To make things easier a new jailbreak tweak called Define Activator has been released. As its name suggests it is an Activator based hack that allows you to use any Activator gesture or action to access a Define popup.
On the popup you can simply type in the word you want to check in dictionary and hit the ‘Define’ button. There are no settings to configure for this tweak, however you have to open the Activator settings and apply an action to it before you can began using it. You can choose any gesture you like, in the video below I have applied the Icon Flick Up gesture for the purpose of demonstration.
Another thing you will need to do before using this tweak is download an iOS dictionary on your device. To download a stock dictionary simply open Notes app, type a word and select it. From the popup menu hit the define button. Then tap on ‘Manage’ and from the list finally download the dictionary of your choice by hitting the cloud download button.
Define Activator is a handy tweak that makes using the default iOS dictionary a lot easier. You can download it from Cydia for free from the BigBoss repository.
3- No Blurry Calls : So are you guys searching for how to remove blurr call connect in iPhone ? Well iappTweak brings you a solution to this annoying feature by apple as in this post you will get to know how you can remove blurriness from call connect in iPhone so that contact picture becomes visible while you are on a call.
A simple cydia tweak “No Blurry Calls” will solve this issue. This tweak helps to remove blurriness from call connect and contact picture becomes visible.
Steps to Use and Install No Blurry Calls:
- Firstly you need jailbroken iDevice.
- Go to Cydia and search for No Blurry Calls.
- Install the tweak and Respring your device.
- Now simply call any contact and you will able to see their picture without blurriness.
4- ioSpq : ioSpq can turn back your screen, at some time, this is very useful. Can avoid broken headphones line or from data line.
ioSpq can make your home button and the lock screen key function swaps. These can be set in the app.
Although this plugin is not perfect, some bugs, such as control center will make the gesture is reversed.
But changes do not need to restart your SpringBoard, so very convenient, can make up for the defect of the above
Anyway. You can try
5- CustomStatusBar : is a brand new jailbreak tweak that allows you to customize the status bar in iOS 8. Customization is limited to hiding items, but in a future update you will be able to rearrange items in the status bar as well.
Once you install CustomStatusBar, you’ll need to venture to the stock Settings app in order to configure the tweak’s preferences. Once there, you can use the toggle switches to disable specific status bar items of your choosing.
Unfortunately, you will have to perform a respring in order to enact the changes. The good news is that there is a respring button located within the tweaks preferences.
After respringing, you’ll immediately notice the changes take place in your iPhone’s status bar. It’s always a little surprising how much of a difference a clean status bar can make on the overall look of your phone. I used to be a big fan of a similar tweak called CleanStatus back in the iOS 6 days, and this tweak helps me remember why.
CustomStatusBar is a free download for jailbroken users on iOS 8. It will also, according to the description in Cydia, play nice with jailbroken devices running iOS 7 in a future update.
Upcoming Features include:
1. Ability to move the position of the items
2. Support for iOS 7!
Configure options from Settings, Compatible with iOS 8
