Pangu released its new jailbreak tool just a few days ago which came with support for 64-bit devices. While many users happily jailbroke their iOS devices, some were left dissappointed when they couldn’t jailbreak their iPad Pro 9.7-inch or the iPod Touch 6G. Apparently, the tool has issues with these two devices and fails to jailbreak them successfully.
Well now we have got the good news you have been waiting for, as the PanGu jailbreak tool has finally been updated to add support for these new models of iOS. Meaning you will now be able to jailbreak your iPad Pro or iPod touch with the tool and install your favorite tweaks on it.
Due to the heavy traffic on Pangu/PP’s servers, it may take a couple of tries until you can successfully jailbreak your device. So if it fails for the first time, I recommend that you keep on trying as the tool now officially supports iPad Pro and iPod Touch 6G and should have no issues with them.
Please note that the tool is still available for Windows and in Chinese language only. We expect English version to release soon, and hope PanGu will consider releasing a Mac version sooner than later.
