SoundIcons : Add Animated Equalizer To The Music App icons With SoundIcons – iOS 7
SoundIcons : A brand new jailbreak tweak called SoundIcons debuted on Cydia recently and adds an animated equalizer to music app icons. The SoundIcons tweak places a fully animated equalizer on the app’s icon that is currently playing music. The equalizer appears on top of the icon as seen in the image above. The best thing about this tweak is that it works on any app’s icon that is playing music and not just the stock music app. So if you are playing any kind of audio on SoundCloud, Spotify or even Youtube app this equalizer will appear on that app’s icon. From Settings you can customize the equalizer by configuring its animation speed, bar width, transperancy and more importantly the color of its bars. SoundIcons tweak is available in Cydia for free under the BigBoss repo.
Developed by iakd, the tweak places an animated equalizer on app icons that are playing a song. This means that whenever you play a song in the Music app, Spotify or even the YouTube app, an animated equalizer will be displayed on their icon that adapts to the music being played.
Once you install SoundIcons, you can configure it from the stock Settings app. From there, you’ll find a kill-switch toggle to enable or disable the tweak as well as various sliders that allow you to adjust the animation speed, bar width and the bar transparency. You can also customize the color of each of the bars that appear on a music app icon.
Once you’re done with the changes, you’ll have to perform a respring in order for the changes to take place. The best thing about this tweak, as mentioned earlier, is that it works with many different music apps other than the stock Music app.
If you’re interested to get your hands on SoundIcons, you can install it from Cydia for free of charge.
