Apple Seeds watchOS 3.1.3 Beta 1 to Developers

Apple has just seeded the first beta of watchOS 3.1.3 to developers for testing purposes, more than a week after watchOS 3.1.1 was released and three months after the launch of watchOS 3.

Like the other developer betas, this new software is more than likely a minor update, which is meant primarily to fix behind-the-scenes issues, boost overall performance, and otherwise fix any bugs discovered since the last public update.

To install it, developers must use the dedicated Watch app on their iPhone, then head into General –> Software Update. For the install process to begin, the Apple Watch must be connected to the charger, have 50% battery, and be within range of the iPhone.
