Atom (iOS 8) : We first saw this tweak released in iOS 7 but its currently available in iOS 8 now. Atom(iOS 8) allows users to open six customizable applications directly from the lockscreen. However, users who are using a passcode will be required to input it after choosing the preferred app from the lockscreen they want to unlock. Users can download this tweak in BigBoss Repo for $2.99.
When you think about it, the Lock Screen is the first thing you see when you turn your iPhone/iPod touch on, yet what you do in the Lock Screen is very limited. That’s where atom comes in. atom extends the use of the Lock Screen by allowing you the option to choose between any of 6 applications you want to launch, right from your Lock Screen. Getting to your favourite applications has never been so quick and intuitive. atom also re-imagines a new and innovative way of unlocking your iPhone/iPod touch with the ease of almost a flick (up) gesture.
It’s a much faster way to open an app directly from the lockscreen. It bypasses the homescreen opening the application directly from the Lockscreen. It works by positioning a tab over the desired application you wish to open. If you only wish to unlock your device just position your tab over the unlock icon.
